Sugar is the enemy!

For years we have been told to count the calories on a low-fat diet. What a waste of time! Food intake needs to be tasty, healthy, filling and definitely not low-fat. Wonderful foods like avocado, cheese, full-fat yoghourt and eggs are all part of a balanced and healthy intake of proteins fats and carbs. Don’t be fooled any longer – white sugar is the enemy, not fat.
