About Turn is not for everyone. It requires effort and time, a willingness to listen to your coach, and a readiness to embark on a programme that will need a commitment to making small changes. The plan starts with an hour’s assessment session to give Tracy a good understanding of your current situation, what you eat, how you feel, the ‘where are you now’. Together you set the ‘where do you want to be’. The purpose of this session is to assess your readiness to embark on a change programme and confirm your commitment. The only outcome of this programme is success and should Tracy think you are not ready to start, she will be able to give you advice on what is required to improve your eligibility.
