About The Programme

About Turn is a programme designed for people who want to lose weight and get fit but are finding it very difficult.  It provides 1-1 support and coaching and a change programme based around realistic goals made by making small changes – a series of small regular  changes   makes a big difference over time.

Many people who decide they want to lose weight fall at the first hurdle. This is because most weight loss programmes are designed for the masses and don’t take into account individual requirements. We are all different, we eat different things, do different things, think differently, so why would a one-size fits all approach to weight loss work? About Turn recognises these differences, and works with their clients to develop individualised programmes that fit into their lifestyle, then provides intense counselling, support and motivation to make it happen.

Each week includes an hour’s session with Tracy where progress is assessed and goals are set for the next week.  Each week includes a discussion focussed on a specific topic, examples include eating habits, meal planning, dealing with family and work commitments, goal setting and balancing activities.  Tracy also looks at activity and develops a fitness regime, designed to improve fitness levels, planning weekly  exercise  and reviewing progress as goals are achieved. During the week, you will touch base with Tracy several times, either by e-mail, phone or text.

About Turn is a global programme and has helped clients all over the world achieve their health and fitness goals. Modern technology and the use of skype/facetime/Instant messaging means the counselling sessions can be held face to face.  If you are not fully au fait with any of these technologies, we can help. Distance and time differences are no longer a barrier!
