This programme needs your commitment to make it work. The minimum commitment is thirty minutes a day to focus on the activities Tracy has given you to complete. These sorts of activities might include keeping a food diary, planning for the following week, doing some exercise, or writing down your activities. The one-hour weekly counselling session is mandatory and a very brief response to the emails is required.
We don’t have group meetings or phone-in sessions – what we do is personal and confidential. The programme is focussed on you. It works because it is customised to meet your needs – one size does not fit all!!
